Minimum of 2 people required. Bookings of 1 person will not be accepted and will not be refunded upon checking in with 1 person only. When booking, please select number of guests total, this includes children and not just adults. Hot tub bookings are for 2-4 people. Our hot tubs are not suitable for children under 2 years of age. Bookings are 1 hour in duration, towels and drinking water provided. For safety reasons we require a minimum of 2 people per booking, bookings of 1 person are unable to be accepted. Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation date and time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations outside of 24 hours before your session time will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Please note cancellation fees are unable to be waived regardless of the cancellation reason. Water temperature is set at 38 degrees (+/- 1 degree depending on outside air temperature) and is unable to be changed.
